The Budget Policy Centre does applied scientific and analytical research in the sphere of the budget system and budget planning methodology, works out a comprehensive economic strategy including structural reforms and a well-balanced macroeconomic policy to fulfil Russia's economic potential in the long run, as well as provides the Russian Federation Ministry of Finance with expert and methodological support in the budget strategy development.
The objectives of Research and Development (R&D) carried out by the Budget Policy Centre are optimizing a budget strategy, building the system of efficient management of limited budget resources and developing the mechanism of allocating money for the budget, improving investment climate in Russia.
