The State and Municipal Institutions Finance Centre does applied scientific and analytical research in the sphere of establishing the effective system of the state (municipal) institutions finance management.
The Centre provides the Russian Federation Ministry of Finance with expert and methodological assistance in the methodology of financial support and rendering public (municipal) services (performing work), improving the quality of financial management in the state (municipal) institutions, developing the budget policy aimed at enhancing the efficiency of budget expenditures on providing public (municipal) services (performing work).
